TOP goal-scorer Lewis Grabban registered as Rotherham United drew 1-1 with Crewe Alexandra last night.

It was Grabban’s first in more than two months of football and his 16th of the season just after the hour mark cancelled out Harry Davis’s 16th minute penalty.

It means the Millers remain eight points adrift of the League Two play-off placings with just 12 matches left.

Boss Andy Scott made three changes to the side who drew 1-1 with Barnet on Saturday. He recalled top-scorer Lewis Grabban, Ben Pringle and Danny Schofield. Bury loanee Shaun Harrad, Kieron Cadogan and Scott Griffiths dropped out.

Despite dominating the majority of the first period, the Millers were booed off at half-time by their supporters.

Following Grabban’s leveller, substitute Shaun Harrad had a late penalty claim turned down as the visitors hung on for a third successive draw.
