THE two Rotherham United players taken off at half-time this week were removed to give them a better chance of being available for Saturday’s trip to Plymouth Argyle.
Lewis Grabban and Marcus Marshall were taken off against Leicester on Tuesday and Millers boss Andy Scott said: “We were not going to risk them playing on.
“It was a preventative measure to make sure they got no worse. Both had some tightness and hopefully we can rectify things and they’ll be ok, we’ll have to see.”
“We don’t have a massive squad so you can’t risk players and we had suitable replacements on the bench.”
