A MEETING between manager Steve Evans and midfielder David Noble has resolved the issues which arose between the pair - and they even shared a hug!
The Rotherham United manager said there had been no fall-out and that Noble would have two further days to sort out some personal issues and be back on Thursday.
“We have had a positive meeting and he’s apologised,” said Evans whose side entertain Rochdale tonight.
“He’s said some things that were wrong. He’s explained himself and come in and shared his thoughts with us, of some personal, family issues and things he’s gone through which affected his focus. I love him as a kid and as a player - I’ve known him a long time. It was emotional, we had a hug. He will be back with us on Thursday.”
