Boss Steve Evans says Rotherham United are ready to sell forward Kieran Agard - but only if the price is right.
Leeds United have yet to make a bid, with Bristol City the only club to come up with a concrete offer,
Evans said: “Leeds head coach David Hockaday telephoned me to tell me he thought Kieran Agard was a good player.
“I said I might as well call the manager of Real Madrid and tell him I thought Cristiano Ronaldo was a good player.
“Bristol City are the the only club to have made a bid and that bid was turned down. It is now in their hands whether they decide to come back with another one.
“He has a year left on his contract and we could keep him here.
“We are not a selling club but we do have our value of Kieran Agard.
“If a club is prepared to meet that value then we would be prepared to sell because it is a high one.
“Every player at this club has a price. We have had offers for Lee Frecklington and Ben Pringle. We had an offer for Michael Tidser three days ago.
“They were all turned down because they did not meet the value we have of these players.”
