ROTHERHAM United manager Ronnie Moore has confirmed the club are interested in signing midfielder Mark Bradley.
The Welsh international is available on a free transfer having been released by Walsall at the end of last season.
Moore has spoken to Bradley's representatives but faces stiff competition from Burton and Shrewsbury for the 22-year-old's signature.
"We have spoken to Mark and made him a contract offer," Moore told The Star. "Mark has got great ability and he is just the type of player we are looking for.
"He is only 22 and he has already played over 100 games in his career.
He is a box-to-box player and been capped by his country so it would be great if we could pull that one off I know he is going to speak to Shrewsbury before he makes his mind up but hopefully we can work something out."
Wordsley-born Bradley is a familiar face to Millers assistant manager Jimmy Mullen, who has previously worked with the midfield playmaker at the Banks's Stadium.
But ex-Sheffield United striker Paul Peschisolido, now manager at Burton, is also waiting to hear back from Bradley, who he feels would add quality to his squad.
