STRIKER Chris Holroyd sees no reason why Rotherham United can’t go on a long, unbeaten streak and get back in the promotion picture.
Holroyd, who claimed his first goal for the club at home to Aldershot, believes the mid-table Millers can emulate former employers Stevenage and climb out of League Two.
“I was at Stevenage last year and they were lagging at the bottom of the table and they went on a fantastic run and eventually got promoted,” said Holroyd, who struck six goals in 12 starts in a loan spell at Broadhall Way.
“We are capable of putting a good run together and that can fire you up the table. It has been done over the years where teams have come from nowhere and got promoted.”
