ROTHERHAM United midfielder Kevin Ellison has joined League Two Bradford City on loan until the end of the season.

Ellison, who has featured 27 times this season, netting four goals, has found himself down the pecking order in recent weeks following the recruitment of Ian Thomas-Moore.

Manager Ronnie Moore praised the departing Ellison, saying: “He’s been fantastic for me, things just haven’t panned out this season, but I’ve got fantastic respect for him.”

Moore added: “He’s got great ability on the ball, an excellent delivery from set pieces and it will do him good to get some games in.”

The Star understands Moore is close to signing Jamaican international Omar Daley on loan from the struggling Bantams.
