The Millers host Garry Monk's side tonight aiming for a first home league win over the Owls since the 1970s.

Warne has been in charge of five games against Wednesday and has seen his side concede a result-changing goal in injury time on three occasions.

The latest was a Carabao Cup game last season when Atdhe Nuhiu scored deep into time added on to send the Owls through.

On the two occasions when Wednesday have won it late at the AESSEAL New York they have been kicking towards a packed away end, but that will not be possible this time.

And that could help the Millers, reckons Warne.

“Luckily we don't concede late goals this season, so that is a positive right away,” Warne joked, referencing the four injury-time goals his side have shipped this season.

Sheffield Wednesday will definitely come to our place and attack. So I think there will be goals in it. I have definitely killed a cat if I am unlucky enough to concede another last minute goal to Sheffield Wednesday again. Hopefully if we are winning, there won't be much injury time going up.

“When we are chasing the game it is usually only three minutes, but when we are winning it always seem like 13!

“But when they shoot towards their own fans it seems like they suck it in, it was the same with Stoke and Leeds. Hopefully that won't happen.”

The Millers are slipping down the table, having not won since the opening day of the season.

They have collected just three points since that win at Wycombe, but Warne reckons their play has deserved more.

He said: “We just need to create more chances to score more goals to win more games but our play, our attention to detail, the information they take on can't be questioned in my opinion but unfortunately I'm not judged by that, my job is judged on the points I'm collecting and at the moment we're not collecting as many as I think our performances deserve.”

The Millers have no injury problems but Angus MacDonald is still suspended.
