DONCASTER Senior League Premier Division leaders Rossington Main ran out 5-2 winners away at Edlington Town.
Scott Maughan found the net four times with Niall Doyle also on target for Main. Craig Dyson and Sam Rose shared out the Town consolation goals.
Second-placed Bramley Sunnyside went down 2-1 away at South Elmsall United, for whom Steve Nutter bagged both goals. Tom Salt was the Sunnyside scorer.
Third-placed Sutton Rovers moved a little closer to them after scoring all five goals in a 4-1 victory at AFC Sportsman Rovers.
Leon Tarry bagged a brace with Tom Doherty and Chris Hancock both finding the net and Adrian Parker also found himself on the score sheet with an own goal.
Damion Anderson and Peter Walmsley helped Bawtry Town secure all three points in a 2-0 win at Hatfield Main. Kinsley Boys (William Kemp, Joel Edwards, Nigel Perks and Reece Hicks) hit four without reply against visitors Swinton Station Athletic.
Steve Winder hit all four goals as Ackworth United disposed of Division One rivals Woodlands Rhinos 4-0.
Leaders Denaby United also scored four goals without reply against visiting South Kirkby Town. Daniel Noonan bagged a brace and there were single strikes for Ryan Oakley and Ashley Cantrill.
Second placed Shafton Villa returned the same score as they entertained Bawtry Town Reserves. Tony Bennett grabbed a brace and Adam Fretwell and James Thompson also weighed in with goals.
Hemsworth MW defeated Highwayman 6-1 in midweek. Paul Cooper helped himself to four of the goals with Craig Conway and Steve Brown completing their tally. But they could only manage a 2-2 draw against ISG Doncaster on Saturday.
Highwayman secured a 5-1 win at Askern Athletic with strikes from Daniel Lee, Emmanual Bockarie, Adam Cahill, Cory Higgins and Shane Jennings.
