Former Spireites loanee gets first international call up

A former Chesterfield loanee has received his first ever international call up.

QPR defender Osman Kakay has been included in the Sierra Leone squad for a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia.

Kakay, who featured as a Spireite under Gary Caldwell, has played four times for QPR so far this season.

The 21-year-old has started in each of those fixtures for the Championship outfit.

He made eight appearances for Chesterfield in the 2016/17 season.
