Chesterfield to unveil new kit sponsor

Chesterfield's kit sponsorship deal with NAPIT will come to an end when the season finishes, and a new sponsor will be unveiled next week.

The Spireites have worn the branding of NAPIT for three years, but that deal has not been renewed.

Club CEO Chris Turner thanked the Mansfield-based business for their support.

“We very much appreciate the backing NAPIT have provided,” he said.

“During their time as shirt sponsors, the club has enjoyed a successful spell, winning the League Two title and securing a trip to Wembley for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final.

“It has been a mutually beneficial relationship and I very much hope that we will have an opportunity to work with NAPIT again in the future.”

Michael Andrews, NAPIT chief executive, said Chesterfield’s success was beneficial to his company.
