Chesterfield: Cook seeks away upturn

Have your say

BOSS Paul Cook is hoping that his Spireites team can transfer some of their home form into their away games.

After winning at Port Vale, they lost at Southend, Accrington and Wycombe.

Cook said: “Our home form’s going okay, but away from home it’s not. You can look at some of the recent away performances and say there was ‘bad luck’. We look at the Accrington and Wycombe games and we ask ‘do we change the way we play?’”

The bid to improve must wait as today’s game at Torquay is off.
