DONCASTER Sunday Alliance League Premier Division leaders Bullcroft Sports & Pastimes romped to a 4-0 win in their first game of 2012.

Gareth Collinson notched a hat-trick for the winners with Joe Fisher also netting.

Second-placed Athletico Parklands, four points behind with two games in hand, kept the pressure on with a 2-0 win over Social Bar. James Naylor and Dean Wilburn shared out the goals.

Acorn beat visiting FC Dunscroft (Wayne Hoolihan, Luke Brownbridge) by the odd goal in five.

Adam & Eve posted a 3-1 win over ACS.

Barnby Dun stopped Rhino’s in their tracks with a 4-1 away win.

Thirteen didn’t prove a lucky number for Championship leaders Canal Tavern as they maintained their 100 per cent start to the campaign with a 5-1 win over third-placed Armthorpe.

Tumbler, who have games in hand over the top two, kept in touch with a 6-1 win at Park Social. Division Two leaders Windmill sailed to a 4-0 win at fifth-placed HPK.

Carpenters Arms, five points adrift but with two games in hand, climbed into second spot on goal difference from Armthorpe Albion, after beating second-bottom Glad Old Boys (Greg Bryce, James Shickell) 8-2. Albion had to settle for a 2-2 draw at AFC Cusworth. Skellow Rangers beat Brodsworth United by the odd goal in seven. Craig Brodie, Anton Corner and Danny Newsome all netted for Rangers and there was also an own goal. Wadworth Sports (David Watson) lost 2-1 at Rosehill Press, for whom Jamie Kirsopp and Matthew Bedford replied.
