Eric Bailey (21-9) and Dave Dinnie (21-8) stood out for league leaders Woodlands Park in their 200-150 win over Tickhill. Malc Warren (21-5) and Lol Atkinson (21-5) starred for Carcroft in their 195-166 win over Roundwood B. John Marshall (21-8) was Tickhill's best winner in their 198-161 victory over Askern.

Ian Thorpe (21-6) and Dave Floyd (21-8) secured Wickersley a 177-170 win at Rossington.

Tony Musson (21-1), Mick Baker (21-6) and Glenyse Cullingworth (21-9) gave bottom club Eden Grove-Peglers a rare win (165-151) over Bawtry.

Jonathan Sneddon (21-3) and Richard Curtis (21-7) won well for Tickhill, but Roundwood won the match (175-169) thanks to Rob Harris (21-9) and Pauline Draper (21-3).

Kevin Mangham (21-9), Colin Mangham (21-8) and Ian Thorpe (21-5) helped Wickersley move into second place with a 199-150 win over Thorpe Marsh Bentley.

Tommy Collings (21-8) and Mick Wainwright (21-6) were the best of Askern's winners in their 192-142 win over Rossington, who were well served by Chris Simpson (21-9).

Danny Sykes (21-6), Mark Haries (21-8) and Dave Patrickson senior (21-8) all performed well for league leaders Woodlands Park in their 189-141 victory over Carcroft for whom former Woodlands bowler Phil Stones won 21-8.

Ryan Langham (21-6) and Doreen Heptinstall (21-8) won well for Brodsworth B, but wins from Alf Ward (21-7) and Craig Bamford (21-4) gave Hexthorpe a 172-158 win that lifted them off the bottom of the Section B table.

Derek Barnard (21-8), Roy Green (21-9), Brian Nock (21-5) and Geoff Hallatt (21-7) all won well for Adwick in their 192-141 win over Elmfield Park.

Paul Lawrence, Martin Scott and Bill Walton all won 21-8 for Denaby in their 210-112 win over Thorne.

Irene Cartwright's 21-8 was not enough for Parklands as Anne Goodwin (21-6), Kath Cobb (21-8) and Anne Hammond (21-9) won the game (173-165) for Roundwood C.

Kath Cresswell (21-4), Carl Mason (21-5), Sheila Farmery and Alan Martin (both 21-9) and Nora Dyson (21-2) helped give Mexborough B a comfortable 194-127 win over Section C rivals Armthorpe C.

Jack Walker (21-3) and Ken Fishwick (21-5) caught the eye for Rossington B in their 184-134 victory, Harvesters best win coming from Bernard Burchall (21-7).

Hazel Ruddock (21-8) helped secure a 176-168 win for Adwick B over Pilks Pensioners for whom Colin Brown (21-3) starred.

Mexborough B had good wins from Merle Fearn (21-8), Carl Mason (21-8) and Bill Browne (21-5), but Parklands B sneaked a 161-158 victory the thanks chiefly to George McLean (21-5) and Eric Royston (21-6).
