Booth leads the way for Armthorpe

Gerry Sheldon (21-8) put Brodsworth in front in their Dvision Two clash. but wins from Lol Atkinson (21-6), John Hayward (21-4) and Ken Welford (21-5) won the game (139-116) for Carcroft.

Steve Shannon and Paul Barnett both won 21-7 for UNISON in their 155-123 victory over Askern.

Liz Hall (21-9) and Dave Rogers (21-8) shone in Westfield Park's best win of the season - a 167-115 victory over Unison.

Chris Case (21-6) made a bright start for Hexthorpe, but Adwick fought back to win their Division Three clash 147-124 with Derek Barnard winning 21-9.

Pilkingtons had good wins from John Armstrong (21-4) and Charlie Wootton (21-7) to beat Parklands 150-109.

Mick Baker (21-8) excelled for Eden Grove-Peglers in their 157-117 win over Pilks Rec B.

Bawtry edged a 149-148 Division Four win over Yorkshire Main B.

Jim Parker (21-8) and Carol Raven (21-9) laid the foundations of Adwick B’s 156-120 Division Five win over Armthorpe C.

Eddie Monaghan (21-5) was unable to save Scawthorpe from a 144-133 defeat at Eden Grove-Pegler B.

Ken Roseby's 21-5 win was not enough for Scawthorpe as Pat Lees (21-9) gave Eden Grove-Pegler C their first win (141-137) of the season.

After Sue Parkinson (21-6) had made a good start for Parklands B, Yorkshire Main C rallied with Jean Barrass (21-8), Fred Norris (21-4) and Bob Barrass (21-9) performing well to claim a 146-109 Division Six win.
