BARNSLEY’s new manager Keith Hill is under no illusions he needs to recruit new players to make the club a force to be reckoned with in the Championship next season.
Hill and his assistant David Flitcroft were officially unveiled as the Reds’ new management yesterday.
And they both stressed the re-building job at Oakwell starts now with pre-season not long away.
“I do need to bring in a few players, probably six or seven,” revealed Hill to The Star. “The squad is good, but it’s not strong enough right now. The core of the players is good, but we do need more.”
