Barnsley’s players took time out of their busy training schedule this week to take part in this year’s Johnstone’s Paint Pot Challenge.

The challenge has been billed as a unique test of accuracy in which 11 members of the squad tried to chip the ball into a giant inflatable paint pot.

The Reds did extremely well and now top the pile for the season, with a total of ten clubs competing in the challenge this season.

Barnsley players Peter Ramage, James Bailey, Sam Winnall, Joe Dudgeon, Conor Hourihane, Keith Treacy, Martin Cranie, James Bree and Luke Berry took part in the challenge, as well as the club’s physiotherapist Craig Sedgewick and sports science coach Nathan Winder.
