Barnsley agree fee with Ilkeston FC for starlet Rhys Dolan
League One side Barnsley look set to sign Ilkeston FC defender Rhys Dolan after the two sides agreed a fee for the 17-year-old.
Dolan is a product of the well-renowned Robins academy and has impressed many watching scouts with his displays not only in the Ilkeston youth team but also having broken into the first team.
Burnley, Leicester City and Swansea City are also said to be interested in signing Dolan, who mainly operates as an attacking left-back.
But Barnsley could well have won the race to snap up the youngster who is now expected to travel to South Yorkshire to discuss personal terms with the Tykes.
