Duffy pockets junior title

ECKINGTON'S Adam Duffy produced a superb performance to pocket an English Association for Snooker and Billiards junior tour title at Leeds. He won the two- day event from a field of the top 48 young players.

Duffy knocked in 135 and 134 to claim the high break prize and the 300 prize money.

His best performance was in the seven-man group stage. Breaks of 88, 134 and 77 saw him demolish the England Under-16 champion Jack Lisowski from Gloucester in 20 minutes.

In the final Duffy comfortably beat Steven Gregson from Harrogate.
