Yorkshire renew their bid to mark their 150th anniversary with the County Championship crown when they take on Warwickshire at Headingley today.

Putting behind them a disastrous T20 campaign, Yorkshire resume the four-day format against a Warwickshire side who, having faltered after winning the title last year, have started to find some form.

Yorkshire will be without Phil Jaques who sustained a rib injury in the last game, a win over Derbyshire at Chesterfield two weeks ago. Joe Sayers is also unavailable with a thigh injury so all-rounder Richard Pyrah is back into the squad. Warwickshire have skipper Jim Troughton back.

Ryan Sidebottom needs eight more wickets to equal the first class total, 596, taken by his father Arnie.
