SHEFFIELD Sharks sharp-shooter Micah Williams says his team is getting stronger with every match.
Williams scored 23 points as Sharks secured a BBL Cup semi-final against Leicester Riders by beating Glasgow Rocks 72-71 last Friday.
And the American thinks the performance was a sign of positive things to come.
He said: “Everyone stepped up on both ends of the court. We have to keep doing that on a nightly basis. I think we can get more wins. It shows a lot of growth in the team. I don’t think we’d have pulled it out a couple of weeks ago.
“We didn’t lose our composure and try to do it all in one go, we just kept chipping away and came out on top.”
Sharks two legged cup semi-final with the Riders has been set for November 30 at the EIS and December 8 in Leicester.
