Sharks will be looking to re-boot their season tonight after a damaging loss last Sunday at Manchester.

Sheffield take on Plymouth Raiders at the EIS (7.30pm) hoping for no more early slip ups.

An opening night victory against Durham last Friday was erased by the result in Manchester.

If Sharks are to mount a title challenge then defeats against teams who will be vying for mid-table positions could be crucial.

Forward Olu Babalola said: “We need to play real defence. Not fake ‘I’m trying hard’ defence. We will fix that in practice. We pride ourselves on being a defensive team and we feel that playing defence with passion and pride, that alone gives us a shot at many championships.”
