City of Sheffield host a British League match at Don Valley for the last time tomorrow.
It is the third in a four match series and the Sheffield club need to pull out all the stops to get themselves clear of the relegation zone. They currently are seventh of eight clubs.
It looks the strongest Sheffield team of the season. Ben Shields does the 100 and 200 metres and Sheffield have a strong 400 metres pair of Tim Burn and Rick Yates whilst f Rhian Hastey should do well in the 800.In the field events the javelin is a particularly strong event for Sheffield with Lee Doran and Joe Dunderdale setto gain maximum points. Doran, with a throw of 75.60 is the top ranked UK thrower this year with Dunderdale, 73.97, ranked second. Jamie Williamson should also score well for Sheffield in the shot and discus.

City of Sheffield are also in action on Sunday in the third round of the Northern League (Division 2EC) at Spinkhill. Derby lead the division with Sheffield lying fourth ahead of Rotherham and Barnsley.
Doncaster will be looking to consolidate their lead in Division 3EC at Wakefield whilst Hallamshire, third in Division 4EC are at Cleethorpes.
