"They're doing so much at the minute and the NHS has been a huge part of my life, they couldn't save my granddad but they helped so much with him being diagnosed with cancer in 2018.

"Without them he obviously wouldn't have lasted half as long as he did when he got diagnosed so the NHS are a huge part of my life and I appreciate them so much.”

The singer-songwriter also released a single ‘Absinthe’ in June last year as part of a tribute to Sheffield, the city where she grew up.

Chanel filmed the music video to the pop-dance track about a former toxic relationship, which took a total of three years to make, in Stanage Edge during the country-wide lockdown.
