If you’re old enough to remember all those, you’ll probably recognise these scenes from around Sheffield during the year 1993.
This retro photo gallery shows how much has changed around the city over the last 33 years.
The Hole in the Road subway, Castle Market and the Hyde Park flats are just some of the landmarks pictured that have disappeared since these pictures were taken in the early 90s.
These nostalgic images also feature a lost school, a former railway station, pictured a couple of years before it closed, and several old shops, including C&A.
They will take you back, too, to happier times for Sheffield Wednesday, with crowds seen turning out for the Owls’ open-top bus parade following their defeat to Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
Shopkeepers, dinnerladies and other popular Sheffield characters from the 90s are pictured as well, but perhaps the most arresting image shows circus elephants stomping across the city, with tower blocks looming behind them.
Do these photos bring back any memories for you of the 90s, and what do you miss most about life back then?
