Boundary Club Jordanthorpe: Pictures show sad face of once thriving Sheffield club, years after closure

It was once a thriving community venue, used by locals across a Sheffield neighbourhood.

But sadly, the site of what was once the Boundary Social Club in Jordanthorpe, Sheffield, has long ceased to be the popular venue that it once was, used by many around that part of the city.

The building, once a popular community hub, has now been demolished, following a fire three years ago.

Pictures from the ‘urban explorer’, Lost Places & Forgotten Faces, show how the Jordanthorpe Parkway site looked inside after years of neglect and decay since it closed its doors for the last time, before it was finally knocked down.

We have also included a picture we took in 2007, when the venue was thriving.

It was not made clear if the urban explorer had permission from the owners to access the building.
