Music lovers can claim four months of Amazon Music for free in a limited-time offer, but the promotion ends on October 9.

Amazon Music is giving music fans a chance to enjoy four months of listening for free, but the limited-time offer is ending soon.

The promotion gives new Amazon Music subscribers who are also Prime members four months at no cost, making it a tempting option for anyone who spends their day with music, podcasts and playlists playing in the background.

If you’re not already a Prime member, don’t worry. You can still take advantage of the offer. New subscribers without Prime can get three months free instead. The offer is available for a limited time and ends at 4pm on Friday (October 9), however, so there isn't long left to take advantage if you’re interested.

Whether you want something to to get you motivated for the day while you’re on your morning commute, a playlist to keep you company while you work from home or music playing to help ease the boredom og housework, having access to a huge music library from Amazon Music without paying for the first four months could be very beneficial.

It’s a great time to sign up if you’ve been considering trying Amazon Music for a while but haven't wanted to add another monthly subscription to your budget. Now, you can use the free period to explore the service and see whether you really make use of it before the paid subscription kicks in.

For those who sign up, they will get free access to Amazon Music through the rest of autumn and into the start of winter without paying the usual monthly price. It could be useful for everything from discovering new artists to putting together playlists for upcoming Christmas preparations.

However, there is one important detail to be aware of before signing up. Once the free period ends, the subscription automatically renews at £11.99 per month, including VAT, until cancelled. If you don't want to continue with the paid subscription, you'll need to cancel before the free offer period comes to an end.

If you've been looking for a new way to listen to music but haven’t wanted to have yet another monthly expensive this Amazon Music promotion could therefore be worth checking out while it's still available.

The four-month free offer ends at 4pm on October 9, so eligible Prime members will need to sign up before the deadline to claim.

  • Terms apply. Offer available to eligible new subscribers and Prime members only. Three months free is available without Prime. After the promotional period, the subscription renews automatically at £11.99 per month including VAT until cancelled.
