Police issue urgent appeal for Sheffield man wanted over assaults on ambulance staff

Officers in Sheffield are asking for help in finding Patrick Doherty, who is believed to have assaulted emergency service workers from Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

Doherty, 51, from Sheffield, is described as being white, 5ft 11ins tall, of a big build with a bald head.

He is known to frequent the Doncaster and Barnsley areas of South Yorkshire and has links to the travelling community.
