Flooding has been reported across Sheffield this evening.
Sheffield's Streets Ahead team, which is responsible for maintaining the city's streets, said this evening it was responding urgently to 'a number of reports of flooding'.
'Our teams will be attending these ASAP', it tweeted at 9.04pm.
It is not known at this stage which areas, or which streets are affected.
The reports of flooding come as more rain is forecast across Yorkshire this weekend, though lighter showers are expected on Saturday and Sunday.
There were 30 flood alerts in place across the UK on Friday evening, according to the Environment Agency website, but none for Sheffield.
