That’s the asking price on this three bedroom terrace in Burngreave, Sheffield, as advertised on property website Zoopla.co.uk - which could lay claim to being Britain’s cheapest house.

What do you get for your £10,000? Three bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom, two reception rooms and even front and rear gardens.
