Do what you are paid for

Have your say

I am a woman, so I have to juggle so many tasks.

I don’t have time to be ill, so I take a painkiller and plod on.

However, where my nine-year-old is concerned I will ring the doctors, but their number is not on speed dial.

I have rung for a appointment for my wee laddie and I am annoyed at the hurdles you have to navigate to get to see the doctor.

I am asked if it’s urgent, what’s wrong with him, can I not get to a pharmacy and speak with them?

No, I want him to see a GP.

Seeing patients is what they are paid for and rather handsomely too.
