“Customer service is key to everything we do”, so says the Stagecoach company website.

Could someone please tell the tram and SL1 drivers?

The number of times a bus arrives at the Middlewood terminus just as a tram departs and vice versa gives rise to the suspicion that drivers are on the lookout to avoid customers.

Today was typical. My bus was waiting at the traffic light to turn into the terminus as a tram left.

On my return journey the tram had to wait at the lights as a bus pulled out of the terminus.

Could someone provide me with a logical connection of this behaviour to the website statement?
