Youngsters fear for their futures

Have your say

ALMOST half of Sheffield youngsters are worried about their job prospects.

A survey by national training provider Lifetime found that 42 per cent of those aged 16 to 24 who answered its survey in the city felt ‘anxiety, fear or depression’ when thinking about their future career path.

They were concerned about not being able to find a job, leaving school without work-ready qualifications and then, even if they do find work, the threat of redundancy.
