Yorkshire MEP visits hydroelectric power plant in Rotherham
Yorkshire MEP Linda McAvan visited Barn Energy's hydroelectric power plant on the River Don in Thrybergh and said she hopes more are built in the area.
“EU renewables targets have helped drive investment in hydropower which can play a critical role in our region’s energy infrastructure,” she said.
