Yobs hurl brick at police car in Sheffield street
Yobs hurled a brick at a police car driving through a Sheffield suburb.
The vandals threw the missile as a police car patrolling Nether Edge was driving along Empire Road.
They struck at 5.45pm last Wednesday.
Nobody was injured in the attack.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Officers on patrol on Empire Rd were attacked by a group of youths who threw a brick at the police car, causing some damage.
"Luckily no-one was hurt.
"If you witnessed this incident then please get in touch."
