South Yorkshire MP Dan Jarvis is supporting the Save the Children Christmas jumper campaign.
Mr Jarvis, Labour MP for Barnsley Central, stepped out in his festive woolly on Save the Children’s Christmas jumper day yesterday, in return for donations to the charity.
He said: “Save the Children does important work both at home and abroad.
“I was keen to support its Christmas jumper campaign which will help raise money to improve the lives of vulnerable children in the UK and overseas.”
The fundraising day, which is thought to be the first of its kind, saw more than 650,000 people taking part across the UK, ranging from schoolchildren to office workers.
