Women’s Institute in Sheffield celebrates 70th anniversary
Members of Mosborough Women’s Institute are celebrating the 70th anniversary of their organisation.
A group of 50 members gathered for a meal and to reminisce following a talk given by Joan Williamson, who has been a member at Mosborough for over 50 years.
The group was founded on October 10, 1945.
Members at the anniversary event provided the entertainment, which included singing.
The group meets in the Joseph Stone Centre, School Street, Mosborough.
