Woman rushed to hospital after suffering injuries in Doncaster town centre bus crash

The woman, 54, was injured close to the Colonnades Shopping Centre.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Cleveland Street in Doncaster today at 11am.

“It is believed a 54 year-old woman was hit by a bus. Yorkshire Ambulance Service attended and transported the woman to Northern General Hospital for treatment. Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.”
