The Derbyshire Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance was first on scene and the crew had become increasingly concerned for the young woman welfare who was suffering a severe asthma attack.

Team personnel responded urgently to the incident scene and the casualty was evacuated quickly by stretcher to the waiting aircraft which had managed to land nearby.

Emergency treatment was ongoing as the helicopter took off for the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield.
