Woman falls down 15ft hole in Sheffield city centre
A woman was taken to hospital after falling 15ft down a hole in Sheffield city centre.
The woman, aged in her 40s, fell down a hole in Bakers Hill, close to Ponds Ford sports centre, and was found by a passer-by at around 12.20am today.
Firefighters who rescued her said workmen had cordoned off the hole in the ground overnight.
The woman was taken to hospital with a leg injury.
