A woman was cautioned over an attack in a Chesterfield bar and nightclub.

The 40-year-old was spoken to by police officers following a fight in the toilets of the Groove and Beach bar and nightclub in Stephenson Place.

Derbyshire Police said four women were involved in the fight, which broke out in the early hours of Friday, September 9.

Officers issued mobile phone photographs of two women they wanted to speak to about the incident.

A Derbyshire Police spokesman said: "Two women were in the toilets at the Groove and Beach in Stephenson Place when an argument broke out with another two women.

"During the dispute, the victims were struck to the face and suffered minor injuries.

"Smartphone photos of two women police wanted to speak to were issued last week.

"A 40-year-old woman was arrested over the weekend and interviewed

"She has now been given a police caution."
