Wolf Moon: When supermoon will appear over Sheffield

Clear skies over Sheffield have created perfect conditions for viewing the Wolf Moon supermoon tonight.

The first supermoon of 2026 rises in the east as the sky goes dark on Saturday, January 3, when it will appear at its biggest.

It will then climb higher as midnight approaches and stay out all night.
