Witnesses to a collision during a police chase in Sheffield are being urged to come forward.

Officers were following a red Audi A3, which had failed to stop in the Attercliffe Common area on Sunday night, when it crashed with a red Skoda Fabia.

CRIME: Murder probe launched following discovery of woman's body near Doncaster
The collision at the junction of Jenkin Road and Tyler Street, Wincobank, left the 23-year-old driver of the Skoda with serious injuries.

POLICE: Men charged over police discovery of drugs and cash in car in Barnsley
Two men, aged 21 and 27, travelling in the Audi, were also taken to hospital with serious injuries.

They were arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing serious injury.

The 21-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs.

Both men have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
