Witches at the castle
HORRIBLE Hallowe'en will be celebrated at Wentworth Castle Gardens - with spirits to investigate and broomsticks to fly.
Two Witches and Wizards Day will be held on Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31 October, and from 1 to 3pm each day master broom-maker Ralph Sixsmith will help wannabe warlocks create their own flying creations.
Admission is 5 per child and booking is required.
On October 31 Sheffield’s expert paranormal investigators, Seeking Spirit, will also visit Wentworth Castle for their first-ever guided Garden Ghost Walk. A walk suitable for under-12s and their parents will take place at 6.30pm, followed by a walk at 7.30 aimed at adults and older children.
