The former England star has been confirmed as one of the Worksop Town legends coming back to the club to take on both a team of supporters and the first team.
Waddle’s son Jack is currently a Tiger, following in the footsteps of his father who played for Worksop between 2000 and 2002.
The Sandy Lane fun day on 24th July will raise funds for the club.
Waddle will be joined by other legends like ‘King’ Kenny Clark, Linden Whitehead and Gary Townsend.

The legends will take on the fans, who have paid for the privilege, in the first 45-minute match, before the first team take the place of the supporters.
And the final match will see the first team playing against those who normally reside in the stands.
Proceeds from the event will be split evenly between the club and a fund set up to help Worksop finance a ground of their own.
Entrance is £3 for adults and £1 for kids.
