Jez Lee, Fake Festival’s owner, said: “It’s a very proud thing to be able to say the best tributes to Queen, Foo Fighters and Kings of Leon are found in the UK.

“I have seen many tribute bands across the globe perform, and none match up the ones I have found in the UK.

“All the tribute bands we use are booked around the world to perform, illustrating their demand, and they are also highly recommended and endorsed by the real thing, so we feel lucky they are able to add us to their gig dates.”

As well as the tribute acts, the line-up for the event on Saturday, May 7, includes The Goodfellas, The 48K’s, Ginger Tom, Off The Wire and Diamond White Riots.
