Volunteers took part in an annual hay cut in Sheffield to help the development of a wildflower meadow.

The work was carried out in Crystal Peaks Meadow, which forms part of the Waterthorpe Wildflower Corridor - a five year project funded by Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre to improve the natural environment in the area.

Volunteers Richard Pearson, Keith Flint and Richard Harvey were involved in the hay cut along with Kevin Hill, from Sheffield Landscape Trust and Senior Landscape Officer Adrian Burke.
