Why luck is on Sheffield Wednesday's side ahead of clash with Fulham
While earlier in the campaign a lot of refereeing decisions went against Wednesday, under the leadership of Carlos Carvalhal, Luhukay has had some go in his favour in recent weeks.
And the odd bounce has been going Wednesday’s way, too, as the manager accepts.

“We have had luck in the last few games,” admitted Luhukay. “When I think about the Preston game, they hit the post and the ball came back out.
“Against Sunderland, they hit the post (at 2-1) and maybe could have had a penalty.
“Luck has gone in a positive direction for us but maybe in some games we have not had luck on our side. Sometimes in football it is about fine margins. Now it is coming on the good side for us.”

Sam Hutchinson’s season is over after he suffered an ankle injury against Preston and Morgan Fox,too, will be out for the remainder of the campaign having suffered a hamstring strain against Sunderland on Monday.
Luhukay says he will reassess what is available to him from the under 23s ahead of Saturday’s visit of high-flying Fulham.
“I will look at the situation. Sean Clare is out until the end of the season. Jack Stobbs has a hamstring injury and is maybe four weeks away. Jordan Thorniley is back,” he said.
“When we have had the chance to play young players, we have done that. I have also brought in Connor Kirby, Ash Baker and other players into the squad so I have no problem with that.”
