The air ambulance landed in a Sheffield park on Monday evening.
The helicopter landed in Parson Cross Park, just off Buchanan Road, at around 7.20pm.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance said its crews responded to reports of a man who'd had a fall and he was taken to hospital road ambulance.
No further information about the incident has been released.
