Which plan is this?

Is this a revision of the revised first plan or the altered plan of the second plan they planned in the first place?

Whichever one it is, all these plans and pretend drawings are going nowhere.

Not a sod has been turned but apparently it has cost millions already. When are this council going to get Sheffield on the move?

Less talking and dreaming, more action, or maybe they have a plan.
